I'm lost and can't find the Seattle By Foot walking tour meeting location!

Contact us at 206-508-7017..we will help you find your guide.

Oh no! I AM LATE...what do I do?

Call 206-508-7017 or text 1-206-553-9024. We cannot guarantee you can catch up with your tour but we will help as much as we can. On occasion, we are all leading tours at once and will not be able to return your call until after the tour. It is best to call before your tour starts; it is easier for us to communicate with the tour guide.

Can I tip my Tour Guide?

It is customary in the United States to tip tour guides for a job well done!

Can I book a private tour or group tour?

Private and group tours are available and encouraged! Please contact info@seattlebyfoot.com or call 206-508-7017.

Do you cancel if raining?

Ha! You can’t let the rain stop you in Seattle! It can rain, snow and be sunny all in one afternoon. We wear layers to help us easily adjust to whatever Mother Nature throws at us. Even though you won’t see many umbrellas in Seattle, be comfortable and bring your umbrella.

What should I wear for a walking tour in Seattle?

Wear layers, comfortable walking shoes and a smile. All tours are over 1 mile with hills, steps, cobblestones and escalators.

Can I bring a stroller?

We find that most little ones would rather walk than ride on our tours. If you are planning on bringing a stroller with you on tour please email: info@seattlebyfoot.com so we can make arrangements.

Where does my Seattle By Foot tour end?

We do not conclude where the tour starts. The tour guide will assist you with directions at the end of all the tours. Complete details are found on this website and will be emailed to you after purchasing your tickets.

What is your refund policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. The resale of ticket for more than its face value without written consent of the owner/manager is prohibited by law. You agree that the Seattle By Foot (SBF), its agents, and the performers are not responsible or liable for any injuries during ANY tour. In the event of a cancellation by SBF, a refund will be granted. You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of of the event.

Do you offer a discounted price for seniors, military or children?

It depends on the tour; please call 1-206-508-7017 for more info.

Are restrooms available during the tour?

Restroom stops will be provided at several locations along the tour routes.

Where should I park?

Do not use meter parking on the street. The maximum is 2 hours and that is not enough time for the tour and to get back to your car. Seattle is aggressively giving tickets to expired street meters.Evenings after 8 PM and Sunday is free street parking in downtown Seattle.
